DinoSnuggle™ Refund Policy

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy for defective or damaged items, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and in the same condition you received it. You will also need to provide proof of purchase and clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. All other sales are final.

Order Cancellation Policy
We process and ship orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Customers have 1 hour from the time of order placement to request a cancellation. However, due to our rapid processing times, some orders may already be in the shipping pipeline when we receive your request.
If your order has already been processed, cancellation will no longer be possible. Refunds for approved cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
Please note that the cost of shipping protection is non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must return the original item (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union (EU), you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note:

  • A 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dinosnuggle.com.

Refund Policy for Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails and is returned to us, our logistics partner may automatically resend the order once it arrives at our warehouse. If this happens, you will receive a new tracking number to follow the reshipped order.

Important Notes:
Refund Requests: If you want to request a refund for a failed delivery, you must do so while the order is still in transit back to us. Once the order has been reshipped, we cannot process a refund.
Tracking Updates: You will receive an email with the updated tracking number after reshipment.
