Shipping Info – DinoSnuggle™

We partner with top international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who work with local couriers to deliver your order right to your door. We offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

You will be charged once your order is processed. All payments need to be verified and approved before shipping, which may take a few days. To prevent fraud, orders with incorrect billing info or that need extra verification may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping Process
It usually takes 2–5 business days to prepare and send your order to the carrier’s sorting facility. Some items might take longer, especially during holidays or if there are stock issues with popular items.

Once processing begins, we cannot change your order or address. We only ship to the address provided at checkout.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email.

If your order includes multiple items, they might be shipped separately and arrive on different days.

Tracking
Every order has a tracking number. You’ll receive an email with the tracking details once it’s on its way to the carrier’s sorting facility.

Please note: it may take a few days for tracking info to update. If your tracking number shows no update after 5 business days, please contact us.

Delivery Times
Delivery time varies by location. Here are our estimated times:

  • USA: 7–14 business days

  • Worldwide: 10–14 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

Note: These times are estimates and don’t include our 2–5 day processing time.

While we aim for timely delivery, DinoSnuggle™ is not responsible for delays caused by things like customs, holidays, bad weather, or other unforeseen events.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees
International orders may have extra fees like import taxes or customs clearance charges, which are the buyer’s responsibility. DinoSnuggle™ can’t control these charges or predict them. If you refuse the package, you will still be responsible for any fees and return shipping costs.

Customs policies vary by country, so it’s best to check with your local customs office for more info.

Lost / Stolen / Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you didn’t get it, please report it to your carrier and file a claim.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Once it’s placed, we can’t make any changes. If your order is processed, we cannot change the address.
